Mrs. Phyllis Dales, Owner/Manager of Cran-dale Inc.(R) and Mrs. Florence Horan, Owner/Manager of CranberryCrandale are sisters, born and raised in rural Manitoba, Canada
Phyllis Dales graduated as R.N. (Registered Nurse) at the Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg.
Nursed at a small town hospital for a few years, then Winnipeg senior's homes. Due to several health problems and kidney failure, she was forced to retire.
The kidney failure was not diagnosed until after five days in a coma. She was on dialysis three times in the hospital. When Phyllis came home she was still on antibiotic and taking commercial cranberry juice. After speaking to numerous people who experienced great therapeutic help from cranberries, she found a cranberry product which was quite successful, leading to her interest - the science of turning cranberries into a therapeutic product with all the benefits. Her book, the result of much research, is offered on this website.
I, Florence Horan, have been a secretary for years. My husband and I are both retired now. I enjoy baking, attending church, my church groups, playing the piano, and our pets.
